Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's newest show "Food Stars" premiered on Fox last month. And if you've been watching, you may have noticed a familiar location.

Episode 5, "Campfire Feast," which aired on June 21, was filmed in Tucson last summer at Tanque Verde Ranch.

As contestants compete in culinary challenges in hopes of earning $250,000 to put toward their businesses, they also deal with the challenges that come with an Arizona summer.

The nine finalists were split into red and yellow teams, which were both tasked with creating a guest experience, consisting of an activity such as axe-throwing, followed by a meal.

The episode featured lots of complaining about the dry heat and a warning from Ramsay about rattlesnakes.

It's not the first time Ramsey has filmed in Arizona

Ramsay previously filmed a few episodes of "Kitchen Nightmares" in the Valley — perhaps most infamously, two episodes with Amy and Samy Bouzaglo's now defunct Scottsdale restaurant Amy's Baking Company.
