‘The Good Fight’ Sets Season 3 Premiere Date – Watch Diane’s ‘Resistance’ Begin in First Trailer (Video)
Still fighting the good fight, drama “The Good Fight” will return to CBS All Access for a third season starting March 14, the streaming service said on Wednesday. We also got a 2-minute trailer today, in which Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) proclaims she’s ready to resist — Donald Trump, that is — and that “resistance starts now.”
The “Good Wife” spinoff — which set its stories against the timeline of the current real-life POTUS’ administration for its first two seasons and will be continuing that trend in its upcoming installment (if Trump doesn’t get impeached, that is) — gets 10 episodes this time around, and will be available on demand weekly on Thursdays.
On Season 3, Diane Lockhart tries to figure out whether you can resist a crazy administration without going crazy yourself, while Adrian Boseman (Delroy Lindo) and Liz Reddick-Lawrence (Audra McDonald) struggle with a new post-factual world where the lawyer who tells the best story triumphs over the lawyer with the best facts, per the official All Access description. Meanwhile, Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) balances a new baby with a new love, and Maia Rindell (Rose Leslie) finds a new Mephistopheles in Roland Blum (Michael Sheen), a lawyer who is corruption incarnate (and featured heavily in the trailer above).

“The Good Fight” also stars Sarah Steele, Michael Boatman and Nyambi Nyambi.
