Goo Goo Dolls’ Johnny Rzeznik catches up with Kyle Meredith to talk the band’s new album, Chaos in Bloom.

The frontman discusses how the legendary pop-rockers returned to their ’90s sound for the LP, at times connecting with an edgy and angsty sound that had long been in their past. Rzeznik also talks about TikTok culture and the musicians that are birthed from it, something Goo Goo Dolls address on the Chaos in Bloom single “Yeah, I Like You.”

Rzeznik also touches on the effect the pandemic has had on his songwriting, while also considering society’s future.

Listen Rzeznik discuss all this and more on the Kyle Meredith With… podcast above, or watch the conversation below.
