Goldman Sachs cuts down growth forecast

The U.S. China Trade was is going to have a larger impact on growth than Goldman Sachs initially anticipated. The bank lowered its fourth-quarter growth forecast by 20-basis points to 1.8%, citing that it no longer expects a trade deal before the 2020 presidential election.
