Goldie Hawn Sends Kate Hudson Touching Message on Her 37th Birthday
Kate Hudson turns 37 on Tuesday and her mom, actress Goldie Hawn, paid tribute to her daughter with a sweet throwback pic of Kate on Instagram.
“Happy birthday my only girl! Thank you for coming though me to become YOU! A shining light full of joy. I love you,” she wrote. “#blessingsmydaughter."
The Insider With Yahoo recently caught up with Kate to talk about her new flick Mother’s Day and she reflected on the way her famous mama has influenced her life.
"I watched my mom growing up really enjoy her life,” the actress shared. “She enjoyed her life with her family, she enjoys her life with my pa, she enjoys her life alone. And she’s a searcher and it really, really, really comes across in how she raised us. It resonates with me and as I’ve gotten older, it’s something that I’ve always been like, there’s something about being able to really, really love about being alive that’s great.”
Kate also gushed about her sons, Ryder, 12, and Bingham, 4.
“I feel the love from my kids a lot, which is like so amazing,” she said. “I’ve got very loving, affectionate children because I raised them that way."
