Goldie Hawn is detailing an encounter she said she had with otherworldly beings.

The actress, 77, appeared on the latest episode of Apple Fitness+’s Time to Walk, on which she discussed her fascination with aliens.

Hawn said she had an encounter when she was about 20, and at the time there had been “a lot of UFO sightings” and stories circulating.

She said she had been dancing in an area located near the desert in West California and opted to sleep in one of her fellow dancer’s cars when it happened.

“I got this high-pitched sound in my ear. It was this high, high frequency. And I looked out the window, and I saw these two or three triangular-shaped heads,” Hawn said, describing the aliens as “silver in color” with a “slash for a mouth,” a “tiny little nose” and “no ears.”

“They were pointing at me, pointing at me in the car as if they were discussing me, like I was a subject. And they were droning…,” she continued. “I could not move. I was paralyzed … I didn't know if it was real or not real."

The Oscar winner said she eventually was able to “burst out” of the situation “like bursting out of a force field."

She explained that it wasn’t until years later that she finally recalled tidbits of what had transpired when she visited an astrophysicist who had been researching outer space and alien encounters at the University of Champaign, Illinois. He asked her questions about her encounter, which triggered a memory for her.

“It was kind of like regression therapy or something. I am, like, almost in a trance. And suddenly I remembered something,” Hawn explained. “They touched my face.”

“They touched my face, and it felt like the finger of God,” she added. “It was the most benevolent, loving feeling. This was powerful. It was filled with light.”

Hawn said another instance happened while she was in Avebury in London. She said she dreamed of six lights coming up on “some little mountains up across the valley,” and then she and her friend drove down to a place in Avebury similar to her dream where a crop circle had sprung up in the shape of a heart.

Hawn admitted she’ll “never know” whether it was a sign.

“I don't want to know everything,” Hawn said. “We cut ourselves off from a lot of things if we're continuing to deny something that we have no proof over. There's a lot of things in this world that we can't see, but we can't stop believing.”

She added, “We can never, ever lose our wonder. It's just no fun. It's really an important aspect of being an adventurer, where nothing is impossible.”
