It was date night at the Golden Globes on Sunday, and all eyes were on the celebrity couples.

Several couples made waves with their red carpet debuts. Rachel Bilson stepped out for the first time with new beau, "Saturday Night Live" star Bill Hader. And Michelle Williams and Thomas Kail turned heads as they walked the carpet for the first time since their engagement. Meanwhile, other couples who have been together for years turned up together and some of Hollywood's newlyweds also caught our attention.

New couples were on our radar on Sunday night.

Rachel Bilson and Bill Hader

Bilson and "Barry" actor and Golden Globe nominee Hader made their relationship official on Sunday. Speculation about the couple's budding romance was ignited in late 2019 when the two were spotted out together.

Michelle Williams and Thomas Kail

Williams and her fiancé Kail, made their first red carpet appearance since their engagement and Williams' pregnancy were reported by People and E! News at the close of 2019. Williams kept her baby bump hidden beneath a long orange gown.

Meanwhile, newlyweds and soon-to-be married couples also got our attention.

Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost

Could these two be anymore in love? Johansson and her new fiancé were all over each other on the Globes red carpet. The two made their official red carpet debut as a couple in 2018 and hit their first Globes carpet since announcing their engagement in May.

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra

The couple that never disappoints when it comes to killing the red carpet. Jonas and wife Chopra stunned once again at the Globes. The pair got married in 2019 and are coming up on two years of being an item.

Former co-stars turned lovers also made a date-night out of the Globes event.

Dunst and her fiancé of three years stepped out onto the red carpet about a year and a half after welcoming their first child together. According to People and Us Weekly, the pair are rarely spotted out on a red carpet together, but it looks like the new parents were able to get a night off from parenting duties.

Kit Harington and Rose Leslie

Harington and Leslie took their fairy-tale romance to the red carpet and looked regal as ever. The two met on the set of "Game of Thrones" in 2012, and their onscreen chemistry was apparently so good that the couple took the love plunge in real life.

And longtime loves enjoyed the evening.

Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet

Momoa and wife Bonet are not new to the red carpet, having been a couple since 2005 and getting married in 2017, but the pair still stunned in toned-down fits that complemented each other.

Elton John and David Furnish

John and Furnish are so in sync that even their red carpet pose was strikingly similar. It's no surprise since the couple got married six years ago after being in a civil partnership since 2005.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi

The comedian and her actress wife of almost 12 years twinned it up on the red carpet, proving the age-old theory that you start resembling your significant other after a while together. DeGeneres and Rossi both opted for pantsuits and looked beautiful together on the red carpet.

Paul Rudd and Julie Yaeger

The longtime couple oozed adorableness. Rudd has been married to former publicist Yaeger since 2003, so they're not new to serving fierce looks on the red carpet.
