'Golden Bachelor' Gerry Turner 'Flattered' By One Woman Missing Daughter's Wedding for Him

There's no shortage of drama on any season of The Bachelor, and while Gerry Turner's recent season might not be full of the more traditional in-fighting and villainy, there have been some surprises along the way, including contestants who have had to leave to attend to family matters at home and others who self-selected out after not feeling the vibes. One contestant not leaving for any reason? Sandra, who shared with Gerry that she had skipped her daughter's wedding to be on the show.
“She said, ‘Mom, I’ve got my guy. I want you to go get yours,’ ” the contestant recalled to Gerry, who said he was "very flattered" and Facetimed the newlyweds with Sandra to send them best wishes. Watch the video for our "taking chances" moment of the week.
