Things got contentious real quick Tuesday night when Rudy Giuliani appeared on Fox Business Network’s Kennedy, and was compared to Christopher Steele, the man who put together the infamous, and questionable, Steele dossier. Kennedy made the comparison because Giuliani has been pushing uncorroborated allegations against Joe Biden’s son Hunter, and continued to do so on Tuesday. The allegations Giuliani is pushing originally appeared in the New York Post, based on information supplied by Giuliani himself. Most other news outlets, including Fox News, passed on the story due to concerns about credibility. Kennedy did not seem convinced by Giuliani’s insistence that it’s all true. Giuliani nearly ended the interview prematurely at one point, which he may wish he had, because Kennedy soon pivoted to his questionable appearance in the new Borat film.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: Some could say that you were acting like Christopher Steele--

RUDY GIULIANI: Kennedy.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: --that you were abstracting information, and because--

RUDY GIULIANI: You got to be kidding me. I was acting? I was acting like Christopher Steele?

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: That's what it sounds like. When you look at the people that--

RUDY GIULIANI: You better apologize. You better apologize for that.

- Rudy Giuliani appeared on Fox Business channel's "Kennedy" Tuesday night, where he became enraged after being compared to the man who put together the infamous and questionable Steele dossier.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: Can I just say--?

RUDY GIULIANI: What you are saying is an outrageous defamation of me, of my reputation. Every single thing is here, and I want you to look at it when you apologize for making it.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: I would love to look at it.

RUDY GIULIANI: Well, you can come to my office, and you can look at it. And tomorrow night you can apologize to me.

- Kennedy made the comparison as Giuliani repeatedly pushed uncorroborated allegations about Joe Biden's son Hunter that originally appeared in the New York Post. Giuliani supplied the post with a story that most news outlets passed on due to concerns about credibility. Still, Giuliani took the comparison as a personal affront.

RUDY GIULIANI: I came on your show in good faith to give you evidence that is being withheld from the American people, and I get defamed. That's outrageous.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: All right, are you still working on behalf of the president?

RUDY GIULIANI: I think our interview-- I think our interview is now over.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: I haven't even got to the part about "Borat."

RUDY GIULIANI: I don't talk to people who accuse me--

- And Giuliani may regret not actually ending the interview there, because Kennedy did ask about his questionable appearance in the new "Borat" movie.

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: Do you regret your interaction in the "Borat" movie?

RUDY GIULIANI: Now that's a stupid question, isn't it?

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: No, it's not stupid at all.

RUDY GIULIANI: That's a really stupid question just intended to be--

LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY: I have 15-year-old daughter. I've watched that, and I was kind of grossed out by it.
