Earlier this month, the author opened up about how her children were adjusting to the new norm following her divorce from their father.

“I think there are easier days than others, but I think it’s amazing that the kids…they’re super smart children. They know what they can get away with," Bündchen told Robin Roberts of co-parenting with Brady.

"Tom has to have time with them, and I have time with them, which I think is amazing because they get to really experience more enrichment for their lives," the mom continued. "Two different worlds and they get to learn from two different worlds and that’s wonderful for them I think. They're so big."

Bündchen and Brady announced their divorce in October of 2022 after being together for 16 years. Now that the two have been separated for over one year, the supermodel revealed how much her life has changed since she and Tom Brady called it quits.

“My life is a little different,” the supermodel told the Wall Street Journal in an interview. “I have my kids sometimes, sometimes I don’t have my kids. There’s a different ritual when I’m with them and when I’m not.”

She continued, “When my kids are with me, they have so many activities,” she said of her son and daughter. “It’s difficult to manage my schedule and their schedule. The most important thing for me every day is to put the oxygen mask on me first.”

Despite her day-to-day constantly changing due to co-parenting, she says she tries to keep the same morning routine. “I like to go to bed at about 10 p.m. and I wake up around 5 and make sure that I have my meditation,” she told the outlet. “I like to have lukewarm water with a little lemon and Celtic salt. Then I do my stretches, which I call my asana, for about 15 minutes, then 15 minutes of meditation. Then I walk my dog, feed my dog and then my day starts.”

In the past, the supermodel admitted that she sometimes gets "pushback" from her children, "especially because now they’re in two different homes and there are two different ways."

So how does she deal with raising her kids apart from Brady? She says she thinks back to what her mother taught her. “You are where you come from,” she told Harper's Bazaar. “All those things that I learned as a kid are things that are in me. It doesn’t change. In many ways, it’s also what kept me safe, because my value system was so strong.”

The Brazilian supermodel recently lost her mother due to cancer. “You were an angel on earth, always helping everyone around you,” she wrote in a tribute to her late mom. “I am so grateful to be your daughter and to have learned from you. Thank you for being the best role model of love, strength, compassion, courage, and grace.”
