Gisele Bündchen Caught Her Kids in a Touching Moment: 'They Just Melt My Heart'

Turns out supermodels married to hunky superstar athletes are a lot like normal people. Or — at least they can be when it comes to keeping track of their kids’ swiftly soaring heights, with the time-honored tradition of making hand-written marks on a wall at home. Indeed, Gisele Bündchen jots her kids’ growth on a wall of her home — the very gracious home she lives in with husband Tom Brady.

To be fair, Bündchen and Brady’s combined net worth is more than a half billion dollars, according to Business Insider — so that’s one of the places their path diverges from the rest of us. But, millionaires or not, it seems that sometimes, at least, her kids even take the responsibility for handling the task of measuring their heights all by themselves.

In a new Instagram post, Bündchen shared a snap of her 6-year-old daughter, Vivian, and 9-year-old son, Benjamin, whom she shares with the New England Patriots’ star QB. In the sweet family pic, Vivian is standing against the wall, looking up at her brother as he stands facing her, holding a book over her head to carefully mark her height on the wall behind her.

“Please, tell me how am I supposed to handle this? They just melt my heart. #measurementday,” the Brazilian-born Bündchen captioned the Instagram shot, before translating the caption into her native language, Portuguese, as well.

The model mama Bündchen regularly posts photos of her children on Instagram, with intimate captions about her experience of motherhood.

Recently, she shared a throwback to her breastfeeding days in honor of Breastfeeding Awareness Month. She noted, “One of the most special moments I’ve shared with my kids was while breastfeeding. That special look you get, that feeling of connection is unlike anything I have ever experienced.”

Brady also stars in his wife’s parenting posts. In a Father’s Day tribute, she shared a family pic of dad with their kids, writing, “There’s no words to describe how much you mean to us. There’s nothing that we love more than being with you! Besides being the best tickler, pancake maker and hair cuter in the world you are the best dad! Thank you for always making us feel safe and for loving us the way that you do. We love you so much!” Our hearts are melted too.
