Gina Rodriguez is engaged to Joe LoCicero — and there's a chance they'll get married on Long Island

Gina Rodriguez is engaged, Yahoo Entertainment can confirm.

The Jane the Vιrgin star recently sparked engagement rumors when she posted a photo of herself on Instagram with a diamond ring on her left hand. She included a Frida Kahlo quote in the caption but didn’t include any additional details.

Rodriguez, who’s returning as Jane for the CW show’s last season this fall, has remained quiet on her relationship status since sharing the image from her Mexico vacation — until now.

On Tuesday, the actress confirmed to Yahoo Entertainment that she is, in fact, engaged to boyfriend Joe LoCicero, a fellow an actor and Muay Thai fighter.

Considering LoCicero just popped the question, Rodriguez has yet to make wedding plans. Although her mother-in-law has a few ideas. LoCicero is from Huntington, Long Island and his mother suggested having the wedding there.

We’ll just have to wait and see!
