Gillie Da Kid Feels Disrespected By Illuminati Conspiracy Theories Involving Late Son

Gillie Da Kid responded to internet conspiracy theories claiming he sacrificed his son. The Philadelphia native was asked about the “disrespectful” rumor in a recent episode of The Pat Bev Podcast.

Rest in peace first and foremost to your son,” one of the co-hosts said. “That is honestly one of the things that pisses me off the most. And I wouldn’t even mention it if it wasn’t getting thousands of likes. People are like, ‘See, the f**king Illuminati.'”

Gillie began to look visibly irritated and scoffed at the theory. “Illuminati,” The Million Dollaz Worth of Game co-host said. “The Illuminati sacrifice and all that dumb a** sh*t online. The Illuminati came down North Philly and killed my son. Shut the f**k up. Gotta see some dumb sh*t like that online cause you ni**as trying to get views and likes.”

The former emcee continued his response to the “bullsh*t” and claimed if it wasn’t for Wallo, he’d respond with more intensity. “One day Lo gonna lighten up and I’mma tear y’all a** up,” he said. “I’mma light y’all the f**k up.”

Gillie’s son, YNG Cheese, passed away after getting shot in the back in July 2023. The 25-year-old, né Devin Spady, was murdered in Philly’s Olney neighborhood. NBC10 Philadelphia previously reported he was rushed to the hospital, where he was officially pronounced dead. Two men, a 28-year-old man and a 31-year-old man, were also shot during the shootout. They were also taken to medical facilities and listed in stable condition then.

The co-host mourned his son a week after he was announced dead. Gillie expressed his love for Dev and asserted he would be “strong to hold the family up.” His Instagram post also included several pictures of his late child.

“I Miss u like $h*t Dev My heart will forever have a Black hole in it but u know ur father gotta be strong to hold the family up,” he eulogized. “Thanks 4 all the support from family, friends , and all of my followers y’all really helping me get thru these ruff times Me and my family appreciate and love y’all.”
