Gigi Hadid Does Easy Spring Dressing in a Beige Suit and Cozy Green Top

Gigi Hadid is taking on spring with her easy, sophisticated style.

The supermodel and Guest in Residence founder stepped out for dinner in New York City this Wednesday with friend and Next in Fashion co-host Tan France. For the evening out, she opted for a breezy look in coordinating pastel tones.

It consisted of a light green one-shoulder top from Guest in Residence, light beige trousers, and an oversized beige suit jacket with black buttons. Over the jacket, she layered a cashmere sweater, also from her brand, in the same light green hue as her top.

A lover of high-quality basics, Hadid accessorized with a black leather belt with a gold buckle, shiny black shoes, and gold jewelry, including layered chain necklaces and hoop earrings. The model went full glam for the dinner date, opting for airy waves, glowy, rosy makeup, black cat-eye liner, and a glossy red lip.

At a New York pop-up for her cashmere label last year, Hadid spoke to BAZAAR.com about her goal for the brand, saying that she hopes her pieces last people forever and are "passed down" from generation to generation. She also talked about her approach to dressing. "My goal in life is to look as chic or put together as possible while always being comfortable. I very rarely, even on red carpets, will wear things that I feel uncomfortable in throughout the event because I just feel like I can't be myself as much when I'm thinking about what I'm wearing in that way," she said.
