Gia Giudice practically grew up on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, as you can see in the clip above. So, would she ever consider making it official? The Rutgers University graduate recently opened up about the possibility of joining the RHONJ cast, and what she said might surprise you.

Before we dive into Gia's thoughts on joining the cast, let it be known that the camera — and Andy Cohen — love her. During his "Ask Andy" panel at BravoCon 2023, the executive producer teased that "you’re gonna be seeing a lot more Gia this year," Andy said. "I love Gia."

But, how much does Gia love being on camera, and is it enough to make her consider becoming a cast member, should the offer ever present itself? Let's dive in.

In an interview with OK!, Teresa's eldest said: "I love Andy so much. He's known me since I was little, and listen, you never know what could happen in the future."

She added: "If it came down to it, I think I could definitely hold my own on the show. Just because I feel like I know all the ins and outs already since we've been doing it for so long, but I guess we have to see what the future holds."

Gia also reflected on the fame that being on the show has already brought her, noting that there are difficult aspects of having her family out there, as well as joys. She shared "the hardest part" has been "probably dealing with my family's legal issues in the public eye," she told the publication. "But that's the past. [The legal battles happened] so long ago. I feel like my family has grown so much since then."

On the flip side, Gia said that the show has given her some welcome opportunities to connect with fans. "The fan base is just... it makes you feel good," she said. She also noted there are many "opportunities that this platform brings you."

While Gia's on-camera future remains uncertain, she is working hard behind the scenes. The aspiring lawyer is currently studying for her Law School Admission Test (LSAT.)

"I think there's a lot of pressure coming out of school [to get] everything done right away. Everyone kind of expects you to have all the answers, especially in the public eye," Gia told the publication. "I'm just taking it one day at a time and I'm kind of just doing what makes me happy,"

Gia added: "Law school is in the question. It's still in the cards. I'm still studying for my LSATs. I'm studying, I'm working and I'm building my brand as an influencer."
