Gia Giudice, 18, Posts Heartbreaking Tribute to Dad Joe Ahead of Deportation: 'We Are Fighters'

Gia Giudice just wants her dad to come home.

Gia, 18, posted a touching tribute to her father, Joe Giudice, on Instagram after learning his deportation appeal was denied by ICE.

“Pictures, memories, and hope is the only thing that has gotten my family this far. we are fighters but my father is someone who is one of the most important people in my life. not a day goes by where we don’t love you, miss you, and fight for you with all our hearts. you will be home with us soon daddy. I love you so much.”

Along with the sweet message, Gia also posted a throwback photo of herself hugging Joe.

It was revealed on Thursday that Joe is now one step closer to deportation as his appeal against the decision to deport him was denied.

“We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal,” James J. Leonard Jr., the Giudice family attorney, told PEOPLE in a statement. “We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

The Board of Immigration Appeals’ April 6 decision leaves Joe’s future up in the air.

Following the news, Teresa Giudice also shared a family photo to social media.

“Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos,” Teresa, 46, captioned a sweet throwback photo of her daughters Gabriella now 15, Audriana, 10, and Milania, 14, cuddling up to Joe, 46, showing off their painted eggs.

And Gia re-posted a plea for President Donald Trump to pardon her father.
