  • The four women discussed their thoughts on a "Golden Bachelor in Paradise" spinoff and more.

Gerry Turner's season of "The Golden Bachelor" has been as adorable — and heartfelt — as the teasers promised. The 72-year-old widower has earnestly looked for love among a group of lively women in their 60s and 70s, forming strong connections with Faith, Theresa, and Leslie.

On Thursday's episode of "The Golden Bachelor," the women reunited for the "Women Tell All" special, where they dished about their dates with Gerry, their time living together in the "Bachelor" mansion, and more.

After the taping was over, the women stopped to chat with Insider about who they think would make a great Golden Bachelorette, whether they'd appear on "Golden Bachelor in Paradise," and more.

Interviews have been lightly condensed and edited for clarity.

Would you be interested in participating in a 'Golden Bachelor in Paradise'?

Joan: I think it would be so fun hanging out with Wells [Adams] at the bar. I'm right there with him. In fact, we had a survey and they said, 'Who are the three people from Bachelor Nation that you would want to hang out with?' And he was my number one.

"Golden Bachelor in Paradise" would be like heaven. Good looking men, potential husbands. What's wrong with that?

Sandra: If I could wear one-piece bathing suits every day, then yes. But you know what's in "Bachelor in Paradise"? Crabs. And other fauna.

Kathy: Yes, but no bikinis. I mean, paradise is paradise. Will there be liquor?

Susan: Yes, I don't care, I'll wear a bikini. I'm not 20 anymore and it's not as pretty as it used to be, but who cares?

Have you ever ghosted someone you were dating?

Joan: I have not, but I haven't dated that much. I've only been widowed for two and a half years, so I haven't gone on a ton of dates. I did break up with a guy via text though, which I'm not very proud of. I was a huge wimp so I didn't ghost him, but it was pretty wimpy of me.

Sandra: I think I did once. I ghosted the guy, but he deserved it because he was obnoxious and rude and drank too much.

Kathy: No, but it's happened to me as well, and you just have to walk away saying '"their loss." That's what I do.

Susan: I just was ghosted before I came on the show. It's the most awful feeling in the world. I was annoyed because I got dressed and put on makeup. I drove somewhere and sat there by myself. Are you kidding me?

Who from your season do you think would make a great Golden Bachelorette? Would you be interested in the job?

Joan: Yes. I also wouldn't hate more than one Bachelorette. I think that we'd be good together. I mean, it's obvious that we're very supportive of each other and there's no animosity when something great happens to each other.

Sandra: I'd apply for that job, yes.

Kathy: I think if you honestly asked any of the women that were here on this show, we would all say, "Yeah, absolutely." This has been an adventure of a lifetime.

Susan: I think all of us would like that job.
