GH’s Michael Easton Pens Loving Tribute to His Daughter

Michael Eason is not only a talented actor but he’s a great writer, too, having penned a few books including two graphic novels and a poetry book. The General Hospital, who plays Dr. Hamilton Finn, has now written a lovely tribute to his daughter, Lilah Bell, on the occasion of her birthday.

Happy Birthday, Lilah Bell

“Thirteen years ago today my daughter, Lilah Bell was born in New York City,” Easton shared on Instagram. “She is kind and soulful and has a beautiful heart. She represents the best thing I’ve ever done with my life and I am so blessed to be her dad. Happy Birthday Sweetheart.”

In 2011, when Lilah Bell was born, Easton was working in New York on One Life to Live playing lawman John McBain. After OLTL ended, Easton and a few co-stares migrated over to GH. He initially played John on GH. Then, he originated the role of Silas and several months after Silas was killed off, Easton returned again to bring to life the role of Finn.

Initially, Finn was a solo act — well, expect for his bearded dragon service lizard, Roxy. The show has since expanded his family with a brother, Chase (Joshua Swickard) and a dad, Gregory (Gregory Harrison).
