Swish swish, bish, there's (likely) another Katy Perry meme in the basket if you're one of the Spice Girls texting Geri Halliwell.

The girl group icon revealed that when she doesn't know how to respond to someone's message she'll just fire off a superfluous meme featuring the "Teenage Dream" singer.

"Someone told me if you don't know what the right response is in life, send a meme, and I send Katy Perry memes," Halliwell told Scary Mommy while discussing her connection to the other Spice Girls members. "It doesn't even mean anything, it's just saying, 'I acknowledge you, I'll circle back!'"

Addressing whether or not those discussions will lead to another tour or documentary, she teased that "at some point, 100% there'll be something" for the performers in the future.

"When I do something, I like to keep it 100% focused. It's like being a mother," she said, bringing the conversation back to her new book, Rosie Frost & the Falcon Queen. "So right now I'm dealing with one child — that's Rosie. She deserves that attention. It's like getting your kid off to university."

Halliwell last reunited with the Spice Girls for her 50th birthday in November 2022, and she toured with Mel B, Mel C, and Emma Bunton in 2019.

On the tour, Halliwell apologized to the women for quitting the group in 2019, though she told Scary Mommy that the exchange was, for her, about playing up the heat of the onstage moment.

"I think we were just being dramatic for the stage drama," Halliwell said, reportedly waving "her hand in a move-along gesture" when asked about it.
