"If you went to school with someone or university, it doesn't matter how long you've been apart. Or your lives have gone in completely different directions," she said.

Adding, "You find things in common like motherhood — but ultimately there's always that affection. I feel love and protection towards them. They're my sisters so it's always a joy to see them. I love being around them."

Halliwell-Horner — who is mom to daughter Bluebell, 17, son Monty, 6, and stepmom to husband Christian Horner's 9-year-old daughter Olivia — also gave each of her kids their very own Spice Girl name.

"Monty, he does love LEGO and he built the Titanic LEGO which is for an 18-year-old. He is absolutely obsessed with Céline Dion's 'My Heart Will Go On,'" she said of her son. "He's really quite precise and dedicated. I call him Precise Spice."

She added of her daughter and stepdaughter: Olivia's "adorable and she loves animals so I'd say Caring Spice. Bluebell, she's very dedicated and hardworking."

After taking a long pause to think about it, Ndlovu suggested "Boss Spice" — and she was in full agreement.

Although the Spice Girls officially disbanded in 2001, they did release multiple new and expanded versions of their iconic Spiceworld album — featuring the hit singles "Spice Up Your Life," "Too Much" and "Stop" — in celebration of the chart-topping album's 25th anniversary last year.

"The Spiceworld era was such a fun time for us," said the English girl group in a press statement at the time. "We'd just had a No. 1 album, we were traveling all over the world and meeting our amazing fans, we released our second album AND we had our very own movie! Who would've thought it? It's crazy to think that 25 years have passed."

The band also went on a 13-date U.K. tour in 2019. Chisholm previously told PEOPLE that another tour "has to happen" and that she's even hoping to get Beckham onboard this time.

"At the moment, it's only the four of us. We're working on Victoria. She might be sucked into the idea at some point," Chisholm said on PEOPLE (the TV Show!) in October 2021.
