George and Amal Clooney Join Prince Charles for Dinner at Buckingham Palace

George and Amal Clooney enjoyed a royal date night on Tuesday evening.

The pair stepped out for a dinner at Buckingham Palace hosted by Prince Charles‘ The Prince’s Trust Group.

The couple complemented each other in simple yet stylish looks with Amal, 41, wore a white strapless gown with a one-sleeved cape. George, 57, wore a classic black suit and tie.

The dinner was attended by donors, supporters and ambassadors of The Prince’s Trust International, one of the royal’s landmark organizations.

The couple shared laughs and smiles with Charles, 70, during the event. The dinner was also attended by actors Chiwetel Ejiofor, Luke Evans, Tamsin Egerton, Josh Hartnett and Benedict Cumberbatch.

Prince’s Trust International works to support young people across several countries including Australia, Barbados, Canada, Greece, India, Malta and Pakistan.

This isn’t the first royal event the Clooneys have attended. Amal, a British barrister, is good friends with Meghan Markle and attended her wedding to Prince Harry last year with her husband accompanying her.

Amal also attended Meghan’s baby shower in New York last month.

Held at the luxurious Mark hotel, Meghan and Amal were joined by Gayle King, Meghan’s wedding makeup artist Daniel Martin, former Suits costar Abigail Spencer, Toronto-based stylist Jessica Mulroney and designer Misha Nonoo.
