Her Final Bow As Cersei

While the eighth season of Game Of Thrones may have whiffed the landing, Lena Headey absolutely delivered in every scene that she was in as the iconic villain Cersei Lannister. Was Cersei's ending -- dying in Jaime's arms in the rubble of King's Landing -- disappointing? Absolutely. Did Headey kill it until the very end? 100%.

A Cool New Tattoo

Headey was nominated for her fifth Emmy for her portrayal of Cersei for Thrones' final season, competing against her co-stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama.

Ahead of the award ceremony, Headey unveiled a new tattoo on Instagram:

@dr_woo You master. Already in the next realm with my scarab 💚

Good Luck Ahead Of The Emmys!

The scarab is frequently seen as a symbol of good luck, so good luck to Headey during Sunday night's ceremony. She turned in an all-time great television performance and deserves every accolade thrown her way.
