Yes, we now know who sits on the Iron Throne at the end of Game of Thrones, but who won the ultimate battle… for our hearts?
Eight seasons of HBO’s Emmy-winning epic have introduced us to a vast world teeming with colorful characters, and we’re not ashamed to say we have a few favorites. Some Thrones characters, we found endlessly fascinating and could’ve happily watched for ten more seasons… and some, well, we couldn’t help but groan whenever they came on screen. So now that the series has signed off for good, we’re ready to reveal our final, definitive list of GoT‘s best and worst major characters. (If a character didn’t make our list, they’re “minor” in our book. Our apologies to the likes of Renly Baratheon and Meera Reed.)
