Gabrielle Union’s daughter Kaavia James is growing up so fast!

The actress, 51, shared an adorable video on Friday of daughter Kaavia transforming from a baby into her 5-year-old self today, with the little girl then performing a cheeky song for her mom.

At the beginning of the video, baby Kaavia sat on a couch wearing a yellow knitted outfit with a matching-colored headwrap. The video then transitioned to show a clip filmed of the little girl recently, sporting a black sweater with white stars, a black skirt and a cute white hair bow.

Before performing her song, Union was heard asking Kaavia, “What’s the song about?” from behind the camera.

“It’s about, leave me alone,” Kaavia replied. “It’s a really mean song,” she added, warning Union. The 5-year-old then sang lyrics to her mom about not wanting to be stared at and to “leave me alone” as she walked away from the actress and said her goodbyes.

“Whoa! That wasn’t really nice!” Union responded. The Perfect Find star added afterward as she posted a gif of herself looking confused, “Who exactly was this song for?"

“Caught a stray and landed in my feelings 😩,” the actress said of her daughter’s song in the caption. “ … then she asked for her masters 😉.”

Union shares daughter Kaavia with her husband, former NBA star Dwyane Wade, who added his thoughts in the comment section of the post, writing, "😂😂😂😂😂😂."

Union later wrote on her Instagram Story as she reposted the video," They grow up so fast. And then they read you for filth 🥲 🫠."

On his own Instagram Story, the former NBA player shared some more glimpses at the fun the family has together.

One photo showed Union wearing silk shorts and a silk tank, a headscarf, sunglasses, knee-length socks and black backless heels, while Wade sported a dark hoodie, dark pants and a black cap with white socks and sneakers, along with a patterned shawl around his neck and small pink sunglasses.

"Shenanigans on a Friday 😂 powered by Kaavia James," he wrote over the image, tagging in Union and his daughter.

Wade also posted a fun video that showed him dancing in his outfit as Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice track "Barbie Girl" played in the background.

"Friday!!!!! Powered by Kaavia James 😂," he wrote over the clip.

Meanwhile, Union’s latest post of Kaavia comes after the actress posted side-by-side portraits of her lookalike daughter and herself years younger in similar outfits on Instagram last week.

In the photos, the actress, seen in 1991, wore a black dress with white puffy sleeves and pearl earrings for her “senior ball," while Kaavia sported the same outfit and accessories to match. Union declared in the caption that Kaavia "definitely wore it better”, about the throwback look.
