Gabrielle Union Is Getting Married Again (on BET's Being Mary Jane) and Fans Can Get a Slice of the Cake!

In case your invitation to Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade‘s 2014 wedding got lost in the mail, the star is heading down the aisle again! (In character, that is.)

Union is signing off from her hit BET series Being Mary Jane after four seasons, and the 2-hour movie-style finale, airing Tuesday is what fans have all been waiting for.

Her character Mary Jane Paul is set to finally tie the knot and jump the broom and it just may be with a new love in her life, played by none other than perennial heartthrob Morris Chestnut. But wait, her oldest flame played by the smoldering Michael Ealy is also still in the picture. And a new teaser has fans wondering if there’s a baby on the way as well!

The series has followed Union’s no-nonsense TV anchor character through the ups and many, many downs of love: from finding “the one” just before discovering he’s already married, to ill-fated hookups and bad-boy types. Through it all she’s climbed the corporate ladder and remained a rock and sounding board for her colorful cast of family members, colleagues and friends.

Now as the big day approaches, fans in New York City will be able to get in on the action this weekend. BET has constructed a nearly 10-foot tall edible billboard to be unveiled at Brooklyn’s Atlantic Terminal on Saturday April 20.

From 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the billboard will live at the intersection of Ashland Place and Hanson Place, adorned with an elaborate floral arrangement and will feature a four-tiered 3-D wedding cake actually made from individual boxes filled with a slice of real cake.

Fans are invited out to say goodbye to the show and enjoy a piece of Mary Jane’s hard-earned confection, created by NY Times best-selling cookbook author and Steph Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry.

Just don’t smoosh it in anyone’s face. It’s bad luck!

The series finale of Being Mary Jane airs on BET, Tuesday, April 23 at 8 pm ET/PT.
