Gabe Kidd has won the gold, and The Young Bucks and Jack Perry made their presence known at NJPW Resurgence.
At NJPW Resurgence, Gabe Kidd challenged Eddie Kingston in a No Ropes Last Man Standing Match. The two foes battled it out, and in the ring, Kidd emerged victorious, as Kingston failed to answer the referee’s ten count. As a result, Kidd won the title, marking the first time that he captured the gold.
Jack Perry and The Young Bucks crashed the celebration, as Perry distracted Kingston while The Young Bucks blindsided him. This marked the first time that the Young Bucks made an appearance for NJPW since Wrestle Kingdom 13.
