Looking to scare up some viewers for its forthcoming four-episode “American Horror Stories” event, FX today dropped a teaser trailer to promote the dark and twisted “Huluween” tales that begin streaming on Hulu on October 26 – an anthology that features a different horror story each episode. The series is a spinoff of and companion series to Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s “American Horror Story” that’s been on the air since 2011 and features hourlong contained episodes. Watch the teaser above.
Since 2011, the creators of “AHS” have redefined the horror genre with various installments featuring a creepy asylum, a coven of witches, a traveling freak show, a haunted hotel and the apocalypse itself. The television series sprouted a legion of dedicated fans who anticipate what terrors the next chapter will hold. The original “AHS” has won 16 Emmy Awards to date, including a pair to Jessica Lange and one to Kathy Bates, along with trophies for its makeup, costumes, hair, visual effects and sound editing.
