Future's Alleged Baby Mama Can't Track Down Rapper, Paternity Lawsuit On Pause
Future’s alleged baby mama hasn’t been able to find the rapper to serve him with legal papers.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Cindy Renae Parker has been unsuccessful in locating the rapper.
Last month, Parker sued Future (real name: Nayvadius Wilburn) for paternity, child support, and custody. The case was filed in Texas court on October 7. She accuses him of being the father to her son, Legend Ary Wilburn. She even gave the kid Future’s real last name.
She needs to serve Future with the legal documents before her case can proceed. The court records show Parker had a process server try multiple time. Each attempt is listed as “unserved” and the case is at a standstill.
A hearing had been set for November 14 but it has been cancelled, most likely due to the non-service. Parker is pleading with the judge to allow her to serve Future an alternative way. A judge has yet to rule.
Future has publicly denied being the father to any new child. He currently is father to 6 kids from 5 different woman, including one with singer Ciara.
Parker has been active on social media sharing pregnancy photos and her newborn son.
She captioned a snap of her baby bump, “There is no better feeling than the movement of life inside of you ❤️👣 #Reminiscing”

Rapper Future Trolled By His Two Alleged Baby Mamas
Future is currently facing a separate paternity battle by a Florida woman named Eliza Seraphin, known as Eliza Reign the Haitian Goddess.
Earlier this year, Seraphin sued the rapper for paternity, child support and custody. She says he is the father to her baby girl.
Seraphin shared a photo of Future’s alleged daughter Reign. Parker liked the snap and commented, “Happy 6 months Reign.” She recently posted on social media, “In life, two things define you; Your patience when you have nothing, and your attitude when you have everything.”
Seraphin has wrote about the birth, “This pregnancy was absolutely the toughest, most humbling, yet beautiful experience of my life. I went through hell and back. Health complications seemingly from day one. Lost friends, money, opportunities, and even some of the little bit of sanity I thought I had 😂. However, this journey taught me to be more understanding, observant, forgiving, and most importantly PATIENT 😩. There were times I felt so alone and would look down at my belly and immediately cheer up, knowing she’s hanging in there with me through all of the stress and drama. She’s truly been my protection and kept me strong and going. There were moments I began to doubt myself, but my spirit wouldn’t stay down, thanks to my beautiful little girl.”
Future accused Seraphin of fraud with her paternity lawsuit. He has tried to get a gag order prohibiting her from speaking about him publicly. She rushed to court objecting to his motion. A judge has yet to rule.
Seraphin and Parker recently became friends on social media and have been trolling Future.
