Funko puts the Pop! in 'Star Wars' Celebration

Star Wars Celebration kicks off today in Chicago, giving fans a first look at all the new happenings in that galaxy far, far away. Along with sneak peeks at future movies and shows, as well as Disney’s Star Wars: Galaxy Edge theme park attraction, convention-goers will have the opportunity to snap up exclusive souvenirs. Among the most sought-after will be Funko’s collectibles.

The Pop! purveyors will be in full force with a selection of bobblehead figures and custom Pez dispensers featuring characters spanning the saga.

There will be blue chrome figures, only available on site, which include Princess Leia, Darth Vader,
Boba Fett, Yoda, Chewbacca and a Stormtrooper.

Gold chrome versions of the same figures will be available both at the convention at select retailers afterwards: Hot Topic will have Princess Leia; Amazon will have Darth Vader; Box Lunch will have Boba Fett; Game Stop will have Yoda; FYE will have Chewie; and Target will have the Stormtrooper.

There will also be special 20th anniversary Phantom Menace bobbleheads of Darth Maul and Watto.

Finally, Funko will have Pez dispensers featuring Return of the Jedi favorites Jabba the Hutt, Salacious B. Crumb and Gamorrhean Guard. These will also be available at GameStop.
