The 40th annual Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival returns to Town Point Park Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. daily. Friday’s headliner features Gerald Albright, Saturday’s will be Dave Koz and friends. New this year, a free pre-show party with music by RaJazz from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Fountain Park.
