Years earlier, she was a member of the hero’s party and played a pivotal role in the Demon King’s defeat. Being an elf, Frieren doesn’t necessarily understand how fickle human existence is. When her former comrades start dying due to old age, a grief-stricken Frieren realizes how little she knows about the humans and decides to rectify that.
