Friend of Bills’ Damar Hamlin provides update as player is in hospital
There is no definitive word on the ongoing situation with Buffalo Bills defensive back Damar Hamlin.
In a chilling scene, Hamlin collapsed to the ground at Paycor Field. After gaining his feet, Hamlin fell backward and remained there for more than 10 minutes.
The NFL released a statement saying the 24-year-old is in “critical condition.” That came after the contest was already called off for the night.

Jordon Rooney, who stated he personally knew Hamlin, provided this update:

In checking out other social media channels, Rooney’s relationship appears to check out. He previously posted a TikTok attending what he called a “brand shoot” with Rooney.
