Fridays after 5! Athens summer concert series returns

ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) — Athens Main Street summer concert series is back!

The Fridays After Five concert series has returned to Athens Main Street for a summer of music, food trucks, shopping, dining and more. Admission is free for everyone to come and enjoy the evening.

Unfortunately, the first Friday After Five event already passed, but there are three more opportunities to attend this summer!

May 31 – Dance Party Night Featuring Juice

June 28 – Rock the Square Night Featuring Steel 6

July 26 – All the Hits Night Featuring The Limestoners

The party starts at 5 p.m. with DJ Zillion getting the crowd warmed up until 6:30 p.m. The main performance will start at 7 p.m. and will last until 8:30 p.m. While there will be tables and chairs and picnic tables set up throughout the event, attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets.
