Friday school delays in Owen, Greene and Brown counties, no delays for MCCSC or R-BB

Several area schools are starting late Friday morning due to weather and road conditions.

But as of 8 a.m. Monday, the websites of Monroe County Community School Corp. and Richland-Bean Blossom Community School Corp. were both showing green lights for normal school operations.

Other schools:

  • Bloomfield School District will operate on a two-hour delay Friday with no early release.

  • Eastern Greene schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday.

  • White River Valley schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday.

  • Spencer-Owen Community Schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday with no early release.

  • Brown County schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday.
