'Fresh Prince' actress slams 'so-called reunion photo': 'I have no interest in seeing any of these people'
While the internet was ecstatic to see the cast of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reunite, there was one very unhappy person: Janet Hubert, who starred as Aunt Vivian for the first three seasons, is blasting the “so-called reunion photo.”
Posting on her Facebook page Tuesday, the actress ripped the reunion and specifically Alfonso Ribeiro, who portrayed her son Carlton.
“I know the media hoe Alphonso Ribero has posted his so called reunion photo,” she wrote. “Folks keep telling me about it. He was always the ass wipe for Will [Smith]. There will never be a true reunion of the Fresh Prince. I have no interest in seeing any of these people on that kind of level.”

After three seasons on the hit NBC sitcom, Hubert was replaced by Daphne Maxwell Reid, who was a part of the recent reunion. The only other central cast member missing from photo was the late James Avery.
“I am not offended in the least, by this photo... it was an event for Karen’s charity,” continued Hubert, referring to Karyn Parsons, the actress who played her daughter Hilary. “It does however prompt me to take some meetings in Hollywood to pitch my memoir PERFECTION IS NOT A SITCOM MOM, and tell of the behind the scenes story before I leave this earth.”
Since her departure from Fresh Prince, which has been tied to her disagreements with Smith, the actress has frequently been critical of the Oscar-nominated actor. Last year, when Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith announced she would boycott the Oscars due to the lack of diversity, Hubert ripped the couple. “I think she’s brilliant, you know,” Smith said in response. “I think as an artist, there’s so many things that she does: She sings, she dances, she’s like a really powerful artist. So I loved what she brought to The Fresh Prince.”
A rep for Smith did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.
