On Million Dollar Listing New York's May 13 episode, Fredrik Eklund showed Kelly Bensimon and her client Ron Duguay around his $28.75M West Village listing. Ultimately, they weren't able to make a deal on this particular home, but Fredrik did share his high expectations for The Real Housewives of New York City alum's real estate career.

"She's very well connected and she knows New York," Fredrik said in an interview. "She's a true New Yorker. So I think she's gonna do really well."

Fredrik and Kelly go way back, he explained during the episode. "Kelly Bensimon is an old friend of mine. We got to know each other kind of right when I moved to New York," he shared. "She was a client of mine, I listed her house in the Hamptons."

Tyler Whitman also weighed in on Kelly's real estate career on the show's May 6 episode, explaining, "Kelly might be new to the industry, but she's on Holly Parker's team and Holly Parker is like one of the most prolific real estate agents in the city." During a conversation with Tyler at one of his open houses, Kelly shared that her recent career move is off to a great start. "It's so fun," she said. "Everyone is so nice."

According to Page Six, Kelly sold $50 million worth of real estate in just three months this year, something fellow RHONY alum Jill Zarin praised on a recent Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen episode. "I'm so proud of her," she said. "She's doing amazing for Douglas Elliman."
