Frankie Valli's Son Files for Restraining Order Against Sibling After Alleged Break-In

Frankie Valli's children aren't seeing eye to eye.
The legendary singer's 29-year-old son Emilio is accusing his brother, Francesco, 36, of breaking into their father's home and threatening to harm both of them, further seeking legal protection as a result.
Per TMZ, Emilio filed for a temporary restraining order against Francesco in Los Angeles, after an incident where the older sibling allegedly attempted to barge his way into Frankie's property on April 5, spewing threats at his famous father and younger brother.
In the legal documents, Emilio claims he and Frankie have been having this issue with Francesco for months, explaining that their dad provides financial support for him despite his alleged drug abuse.

However, it continues to share that Frankie recently cut off Francesco, and that in the past, he'd been caught pawning off their dad's stuff in exchange for opiates, which is likely what led to him to trying to break into the home. Emilio claims his brother threatened to harm and kill both him and their father during the erratic visit, leaving Frankie, 89, fearful for his life.
The paperwork added that this isn't the first time they've had a dispute, claiming that it's just the latest development in Francesco's pattern of behavior, which is why Emilio has decided to go the legal route, hoping that a judge's ruling will provide a barrier between him and his dad, and his older sibling.
In response, a rep for Frankie told the outlet that the singer is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy will be respected as he works out these family issues.
