Frankie Muniz took his son Mauz for a night out on the town!

The Agent Cody Banks star, 38, posed for photos at the Wildlife Warriors' Steve Irwin Gala at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 11, accompanied by his wife, Paige Muniz, and their 3-year-old son — who made his red carpet debut.

Frankie could be seen holding the little boy’s hand as they walked together to the event carpet. The father-son duo complemented each other in matching looks, with Mauz wearing a black suit with a gold bow and Frankie wearing a gold suit jacket with a black tie.

Paige, sporting a black dress, posed for photos alongside them. The trio took several shots together, with Frankie holding his son up in his arms. Mauz even got the chance to meet Robert Irwin, and could be seen facing the conservationist as he bent down to chat to the toddler.

The family appeared to be in high spirits throughout the night, with photographers capturing Frankie and Paige smiling brightly as they made their way down the red carpet.

The Malcolm in the Middle star and his wife welcomed Mauz in March 2021. Frankie announced the news on his Instagram Stories at the time, sharing a video of himself cradling his newborn son. He wrote, "I love him so much. I love my wife so much."

He previously described Mauz’s birth as the moment his life “changed forever,” and admitted to being super protective of his child, telling Pedestrian TV in an interview on TikTok in March that he would “never” let his son follow in his footsteps.

"I would never let my kid go into the business," Frankie said, "and not that I had a negative experience, because to be honest, my experience was 100% positive. But I know so many people, friends that were close to me, that had such insanely negative experiences."

"I just think it's an ugly world in general," he added. "I never cared about rejection, but there's a ton of rejection."

In recent years, Frankie has also turned from acting to other passions, including racing as a professional driver — something he said his son had inspired him to pursue.

"I want him to grow up seeing me reach for my dreams and work hard for something that I'm passionate about, and the one world where I feel like I still have unfinished business was the racing world. So I'm going to go racing," he told PEOPLE in January 2023.
