Frank Ocean Endless Vinyl Delay Frustrates Fans

Fans’ accounts were debited in November, but many people have yet to receive their copies

On Black Friday 2017 (November 24), Frank Ocean listed physical editions of his 2016 visual album Endless for sale on his blonded.co web store. Three months later, many who ordered the vinyl version say the records are yet to arrive, despite the fact their accounts were debited in November. The album was originally scheduled to ship within 6-8 weeks. An email from the customer service team at Fame House, the marketing and e-commerce company handling the sale, forwarded to Pitchfork, says, “We do not yet have an estimated time-frame for when this will ship.”

Pitchfork has sent multiple requests for comment to both Frank’s team and Fame House. As of publishing, they are unreturned.

A year ago, fans experienced a similar delay with the vinyl version of Ocean's album Blonde.
