Fox News Channel Cancels Overnight News-Comedy Show ‘Red Eye’

Fox News Channel has canceled overnight news and comedy program, “Red Eye,” TheWrap has confirmed. The series launched in 2007, when it was hosted by Greg Gutfeld.

Tom Shillue was the program’s most recent host; Andy Levy served as his co-host. Both are expected to stay on with Fox News.

The final “Red Eye” episode will air Friday night at 3 a.m. That timeslot will now be filled with an extra repeat of “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”
