Four Weddings and a Funeral Cast Reunite 25 Years Later for Special — See the First Trailer

25 years after its release, the cast of Four Weddings and a Funeral are back for a good cause — and the first trailer of their highly-anticipated reunion is here!

Back in December, PEOPLE reported that Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, Rowan Atkinson, John Hannah, David Bower, James Fleet, David Haig, Rupert Vansittart, and the rest of the cast were filming a 12-minute sequel to the classic 1994 film to benefit Comic Relief‘s Red Nose Day 2019.

Their finished product, appropriately titled One Red Nose Day and a Wedding, will air on NBC this May. And in the first trailer for the sketch, which premiered on Wednesday, all looked dressed to the nines for the affair.

It’ll be “the wedding of the year,” Grant boasts in the clip. “Special guests” are also promised.

One Red Nose Day and a Wedding was directed by the film’s original director, Mike Newell, and penned by the film’s original screenwriter Richard Curtis — who revealed in December that the sequel would take place 25 years after the original film at a fifth wedding.

“It’s going to have in it all the original cast… and then there’s also going to be a couple of younger people because 25 years have passed and it’s a wedding,” Curtis said.

As for who is getting married this time around, Curtis kept mum on the subject, simply saying, “I can’t tell you whose wedding it is because that’s the twist.”

Entertainment Weekly was on set for the reunion, where Hannah said that, “It’s nice to be part of something for such a great cause, and also, just catching up with people after 25 years.”

Meanwhile, MacDowell told to PEOPLE in December that that the script was “really good and funny.”

The annual Red Nose Day raises money to provide aid for children living in poverty around the world.

Curtis is the founder of Comic Relief, which has become a national institution in England with skits and events featuring a slew of celebrities featured every year on Red Nose Day.

Previous reunions have included One Direction and Love, Actually which saw the cast come together in a 15-minute short film that premiered during Red Nose Day’s 2017 edition.

One Red Nose Day and a Wedding airs as part of Red Nose Day on May 23 on NBC.
