Former WWE Diva Sunny Arrested on ‘Fugitive From Justice’ Charges
WWE legend Sunny has been arrested — yet again. And this time she’s considered a “fugitive from justice.”
The former wrestling star — real name Tamara Lynn Sytch — was picked up in New Jersey on the aforementioned charge (which actually hails from Pennsylvania), as well as “Contempt – Disobedience / Resistance,” with an initial bail set at $2,500, TheWrap has confirmed.
TheWrap spoke with an employee at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility on Friday, who confirmed Sytch was arrested Tuesday, and is currently being held on two separate counts of “failure to appear in court” in New Jersey. Those charges amount to an updated $6,000 bond.

However, the employee says the Pennsylvania “fugitive” charge means Sytch is actually stuck in the facility without bail until authorities from that state come to pick her up. It is unclear where the “fugitive” charges stem from.
The former WWE Diva left the wrestling organization in 1998, though she returned occasionally before being inducted into the organization’s Hall of Fame in 2011.
Sytch has been arrested several times over the last few years for DUIs and violating parole. In 2016, she attended a WWE sponsored rehab.
