Gisele Bündchen isn’t just making a splash in New York City at fashion week, she’s also expanding her Florida real estate portfolio.

This fashion week, Bündchen is getting a new property to go with her new clothes. The Brazilian supermodel just paid around $9 million for a sprawling South Florida ranch, complete with its own soccer field.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel already owns an $11.5 million property in the Sunshine State at Billionaire Bunker in Miami, right next to ex-husband and retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady.

Did Gisele Bündchen buy a house across the street from Tom Brady?

Last fall, news of the divorce between NFL great Tom Brady and Bündchen was taking headlines by storm. Two years earlier, in December of 2020, the couple bought a $17 million mansion on Indian Creek Island, a 300-acre, 30-home private island in Miami, nicknamed "Billionaire Bunker.”

A few weeks before Brady and Bündchen finalized their divorce, the model bought an $11.5 million luxury home right across the creek from her now-ex-husband. Her Billionaire Bunker-adjacent mansion has a home theater, gym and dock.

Where is Gisele’s new house?

The supermodel’s newest property is only about an hour west of her Surfside mansion across the water from Brady’s Billionaire Bunker property.

Bündchen’s new estate is a 7.5-acre equestrian ranch in Southwest Ranches, Florida, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

Her new home is 5,200 square feet and boasts nine bedrooms, a floating glass staircase, a hibachi grill, pizza oven, barbecue pit, soccer facilities, tennis courts, an infinity pool, hot tub and a stable.

According to TopTenRealEstateDeals, "the listing agent said that Gisele plans to have horses, chickens and other farm animals, 'a real animal-friendly property.'"
