Miron was one of the first members of Netflix’s original programming team led by Holland. He spent nine years at the streamer, most recently as VP, Business & Legal Affairs, leaving several months after Holland’s September 2020 exit. During his time at Netflix, Miron led business affairs for several divisions, including the UK units, Young Adult/Family series and most recently the company’s Overall Deals group. He spearheaded negotiations for a slew of series, including hits like The Crown and Wednesday.

“We are honored to welcome Efrain and add his unique and considerable talents to Sister,” Holland said. “Efrain is deeply strategic, sharply analytical, and a great leader and collaborator. It’s a true pleasure to work with him, and I feel very fortunate to have him on a team with me once again.”

Miron began his career in the Los Angeles office of the law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

“It’s a privilege to help drive Sister’s strategic priorities and steer the company’s negotiations in this new role, with creativity and partnership as the bedrock,” Miron said. “Cindy is a truly inspiring leader and I’m thrilled to reunite with her after many years together at Netflix.”
