A former Disney cast member has gone viral after spilling some secrets regarding what she would never do at the Disney parks.

Jessica Malerman uploaded a TikTok video that has now received over 750,000 views and more than 60,000 likes as she dished on what she would avoid doing when visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Disney's Animal Kingdom is one of the four theme parks located at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and covers approximately 580 acres. It is themed around the conservation of animals and their habitats.

Malerman, who worked for the Mouse for several years, wants park goers to avoid certain things when visiting the Most Magical Place On Earth.

Malerman began working at the company as an intern from 2018 to 2019. She became a concierge cast member in 2021 but left the job in 2022 to become a travel agent.

She has also worked as a guest service associate for Disney Cruise Line.

Now that she is no longer with Disney, she is going viral for sharing secrets and advice for those who are planning a vacation to the theme parks.

1. Never Go To Flight Of Passage At Rope Drop

First, Malerman advises future Disney guests not to run to Flight Of Passage first thing in the morning—simply because everyone else is doing it. Instead, visit another section of the theme park, enjoy other rides, and come back to Flight Of Passage later in the day once the wait time goes down.

Flight of Passage is a popular attraction in Pandora – The World of Avatar, a land based on James Cameron's blockbuster film 'Avatar.' Guests are invited to experience this 3D flying simulator ride that immerses parkgoers in the breathtaking world of Pandora.

2. Never Go To A Normal Quick Service Restaurant

A quick-service restaurant at Disney is similar to a normal theme park food stand, serving typical theme park food such as burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and so on.

However, Disney's Animal Kingdom is the "best foodie park" with several unique snacks and drinks you can't find anywhere else in Disney World. Some of those must-try snacks include roasted corn on the cob topped with African spices, buffalo chicken chips, and the Night Blossom: a slushie layered with desert pear and apple limeade topped with passion fruit boba balls.

Malerman suggests that you avoid wasting money on typical theme park food and try some of these unique snacks instead.

3. Never Skip The Shows

Animal Kingdom offers "Broadway-quality entertainment," including an acrobatic show of 'The Lion King' and a musical themed on Finding Nemo. Street performances are also located throughout the park, and African dancers teach the crowd some moves from their culture.

There is also an interactive show where guests can encounter exotic birds from around the world. It is also a great learning opportunity as cast members educate the audience about various bird species and their habitats.

Disney's Animal Kingdom is just one of four theme parks located at Walt Disney World. Malerman has also created videos on what not to do at the other parks, such as Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT.

Other Tips From Disney's Former Cast Member

Unlike Disney's Animal Kingdom, Malerman suggests making dining reservations at Disney's Hollywood Studios as they have some of the best-themed bars and restaurants, including the ever-popular 'Star Wars'-themed bar, Oga's Cantina, that guests cannot get in unless they have a reservation.

She also suggests not visiting the theme parks every single day of vacation. While Disney World is known for its four theme parks, there is so much else to experience when at the Orlando Resort, such as the pools at the hotels, mini golf, and other nighttime activities located at Disney Springs, the shopping and dining district that does not require a theme park ticket.

Over at Magic Kingdom, Malerman says she will never leave the park right after fireworks, as a majority of guests are trying to get back to their hotels and the transportation lines are extremely busy. Instead, take advantage of the park until it closes and hop on some of the attractions that now have a lower wait time.
