Former 'Bachelor' Arie Luyendyk Jr. & Lauren Burnham Celebrate Baby Shower
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are ready to welcome their baby girl.
The former Bachelor and his pregnant wife had a sweet baby shower on Saturday. The couple -- who tied the knot in Hawaii in January -- took to their Instagram Stories to share videos and photos from their party, which was attended by their closest friends and family.
"Alright guys, getting ready for the baby shower," Luyendyk shared, giving a tour of the house. "Got ultrasound here, we got the food out. The girls are getting ready." He also points the camera to his gorgeous wife, who looked glowing in a white dress that showed off her baby bump.
The baby shower -- thrown by Burnham's friends Sarah Stidham and Kayla Evangelista -- included an ultrasound machine for the moms-to-be to get scans. They also had a waffle, dessert and mimosa bar and adorable decorations.
During the baby shower, the couple played a game where they were asked who would be better at certain activities, including who would be better at singing lullabies. The men also had a baby bottle chugging competition, and then Luyendyk and Burnham opened their presents.
Luyendyk and Burnham announced her pregnancy in October. Speaking with ET last week, the couple gushed about how they couldn't wait to meet their little girl.
"We're really, really excited to meet her. It's been a long time coming," Burnham shared. "I've been pregnant for seven-ish months, so it's about time to get my body back and to meet our baby. We're really happy."
"I think it's cool, you know? We're experiencing being new parents, so we're on all the apps, learning about the development of the baby, and it's just been kind of an awesome ride so far," Luyendyk added. "I can't wait for her to come."
