Although The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach isn’t officially a Barbie-themed hotel, it might as well be. This historical fixture on Palm Beach’s high-end waterfront first opened in 1947 and still offers an eclectic, luxury experience for guests.

This British Colonial-style hotel has been attracting socialites, celebrities and wealthy snowbirds for decades. The Colony offers a Florida resident discount, but you don’t have to pay to stay at the hotel to enjoy its pretty pink aesthetics.

The Colony Hotel’s Pink Paradise cafe – yes, that’s its real name – offers coffee, pastries and breakfast and lunch menu items from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The Colony Hotel is currently closed for renovations, but will reopen on September 28.
