‘It Was A Flooring Moment,’ Says Woman On Learning Serial Killer Arthur Shawcross Was Her Dad

John, who claims he had a “bond” with the late convicted serial killer Arthur Shawcross (also known as the Genesee River Killer) and wrote a book about his friendship with the deceased murderer, says he’s curious as to whether Shawcross meant as much to his daughter, Maggie, as he meant to John.

Maggie, who was raised by her stepfather and only learned that Shawcross was her biological father when she was 31, says, “It was a flooring moment. I embraced it. I had to because there was somebody out there that was connected to me.”
