A woman was captured on a surveillance video doing yoga before allegedly robbing a bakery in Australia.

In a video shared on their Facebook and Instagram pages, Phillippa's Bakery in Richmond, Australia, revealed that a "flexible burglar" did some exercise before allegedly breaking into their shop.

Played alongside the Mission Impossible theme song, the lady fell to the ground before stretching out her legs and doing a hip bridge.

She then stretched her upper body by reaching forward, as well as her back by bending in the opposite direction. Dressed in an all-black outfit that consisted of boots, ripped jeans and a matching leather jacket, the woman continued stretching out her legs in the parking lot before making her way inside.

“Is this about working off the calories of the croissants before they steal them?,” one person wrote on Instagram. Another added, “I wondered if they purposely positioned themselves in front of the security camera knowing they’d be filmed, dressed in black for the extra drama. Equally hilarious and shocking.”
