Rumors are swirling about The Flash secret ending which apparently features a prominent actor appearing as a third Batman. In addition to Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton, a third actor reportedly appeared at the end for a surprise cameo. Potential spoilers are ahead, so be wary!
The Flash secret ending movie spoilers
The Flash secret ending reportedly sees Ezra Miller’s The Flash ending up in a universe with George Clooney’s Batman. It’s intended to be a lighthearted ending for what could be Ezra Miller’s final appearance as the speedster.
George Clooney’s Batman is often regarded as the worst version of the caped crusader, so The Flash being trapped in that universe would make for a pretty hilarious ending. I can see Miller’s Barry Allen and Clooney’s Bruce Wayne getting up to all kinds of hijinks.
Reports of the George Clooney cameo began to appear on Twitter following early screenings of the movie. While no high-profile personalities or critics leaked the information themselves, Twitters posts like that from @CanaryGrayson quickly picked up traction:

Of course, this should be taken with a pinch of salt as claims of George Clooney as Batman are still just rumors. There have been no leaked photographs or videos confirming the A-list celebrity’s appearance in the movie.
It’s worth reminding readers that James Gunn himself debunked the rumors that George Clooney would become “the new main DCU Batman”:

That does not rule out a minor cameo, however, so it’s very much possible that Clooney’s Batman pops up at the end of the movie. Perhaps that is why there were minor reshoots earlier this year?
As soon as we see the movie, we’ll verify whether or not Clooney makes an appearance and update this article accordingly. For now, George Clooney Batman fans — all three of you — should keep your fingers crossed!
